Spend time skiing through the Swiss Alps this winter!

Mountain Exposure seeks qualified chefs to provide high quality cuisine in our 5* luxury chalets in the Swiss alps.

Working within a budget, you will be responsible for food ordering, menu design and planning, and providing full breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and three/four course evening meal. You will also need to prepare children's early dinner when appropriate and prepare staff meals.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a recognised catering qualification or have experience in the hospitality industry.
